- House rental for 2 nights of stay (Guest Capacity – 16).
- Check-In on Prior evening(3pm) of event date and Check-Out(11am) on next day of event date.
- Complimentary Venue Access on prior day evening of event for 4 hours (5pm-9pm)
- Gazebo access for rehearsal dinner on prior day evening, 5pm-9pm (Guest Capacity -30)
Micro Package
Price: $2000
Ideal for micro weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, reception dinners, small parties

Sunshine Package
Price: $2300

- For all packages, security is required. One officer for every 150 guest count. Security company details will be provided.
- Event insurance is mandatory to be purchased. Venue customized lnsurance link will be provided.
- Additional $1000 refundable security deposit which will be refunded within 15 days after the event.
